Classlink Information

What is Classlink?

Classlink is the district Single Sign-On (SSO) that will be used by students and staff to access digital curriculum/resource sites. This eliminates the need for a user to remember multiple usernames and passwords.

When logging into school computers, each student will use their @student.ccboe.net username and password. (It is the same as their email credentials.)

Download the Classlink App

If you are using an iPad or tablet, make sure you have the Classlink app and the Google suite apps (Google Drive, Google Classroom, Google Docs, etc.) installed. Download the apps from the app store that you use for your device. All the apps are free.

Troubleshoot Classlink

One common issue experienced among users of the same personal device is access. Many times a user will sign into a program with their credentials only to have another individual's account load.

Troubleshoot Classlink with Chrome Profiles

Use the Incognito Window

If a student is using a parent’s device, the parent will have to sign out of all programs.

If you have issues logging into Classlink (one account is opening into another child's account), try opening an Incognito browser to access Classlink.

Connect LDAP

Please ensure your student's LDAP is connected in Classlink. This will ensure all resources connect properly.
